Hakawati Nation - Episode 6
We created an episode for Hakawati Nation, a series available on the streaming platform MBC Shahid.
In this episode inspired by a traditional Arab folktale, we follow Mr. Suleiman and his wife - a humble couple struggling to make ends meet. Despite their own hardships, they continue to cook for others and offer kindness to anyone in need.
Character Design
Our role was to translate visuals into expressive, animated performances - carefully preserving their style while enhancing movement, gestures, and expressions.
Storyboard
We focused on turning storyboards and sketches into rich, cinematic visuals. With much of the story set at night, lighting became key - we used contrast, glow, and shadows to create colorful, atmospheric scenes that added emotional depth and visual warmth.
Making Of
All characters were brought to life with Moho, a powerful tool that helped us deliver smooth, expressive animation. It allowed us to fine-tune every movement, sync dialogue with precision, and add emotional depth to each performance.
