This animation project is a series of looping GIFs designed for our social media, each celebrating a different holiday or special day in Poland throughout the year.
Each animation was designed with a minimalist approach, using a textured brush to bring warmth and a handcrafted feel to the visuals. Though the style remains cohesive, every GIF features its own distinct color accent, giving each piece a unique personality while maintaining a unified aesthetic.

Animation
The animations were built frame by frame, embracing the charm and rhythm of traditional animation. The textured brush not only added warmth, but also helped soften transitions between frames and introduced a crayon-like quality to the motion.
To bring these animations to life, we used a mix of creative tools, including Adobe Animate and Procreate Dreams, allowing us to combine the strengths of each platform for drawing, animating and final compositing.
